CHILDREN OF BODOM Featured On BÖHSE ONKELZ DVD Box Set

CHILDREN OF BODOM's performance of the song "Everytime I Die", shot at the BÖHSE ONKELZ farewell show in Lausitzring, Germany in 2005, is featured on the upcoming four-DVD ONKELZ box set. BODOM played in front of the biggest audience of its career at the event, which featured additional performances by WONDERFOOLS, DISCIPLINE, SUB7EVEN, D.A.D., MOTÖRHEAD, MACHINE HEAD, PSYCHOPUNCH, PRO-PAIN, J.B.O., IN EXTREMO and ROSE TATTOO.

In other news, CHILDREN OF BODOM guitarist Roope Latvala's former band STONE — which is considered to be one of the biggest and most influential bands in the history of Finnish heavy metal — is the subject of a new DVD, entitled "Get Stoned, Stay Stoned", which is being released this month by Inferno magazine and Megamania. The DVD includes three concerts, an interview from 2007, four video clips, discography, a picture gallery, as well as old and rare material. The official release date is set for February 21 but the DVD will be available in advance at the Finish Metal Expo, which is being held this weekend (February 16-17) in Helsinki, Finland.
